Executive leadership across games, studios and international organizations
I am an international game industry executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning creative and technical development, product, operations, studio leadership and organizational strategy. My career has evolved from hands-on work in 3D, visual development and technical art into product, studio and executive leadership, across AAA, mobile and live games, and across organizations ranging from established international publishers to newly created studios.
My career has moved from hands-on technical and creative work, detailed on the Ubisoft and Gameloft pages, into full studio leadership at Ubisoft Halifax, then General Manager roles at Amber Montréal and Kabam, and now executive leadership at Twin Harbour / Stillfront. Across each of these stages, my focus has stayed consistent: connecting an understanding of the product and development process with the organizational, operational and business considerations required to actually run a studio, including full P&L accountability in every operating role since 2015.
